daddy died feb4,2008
my aunt filed his income after he died and me and my sister excuters of his estate just found out about it plus she has opened an acocunt with his and her name n it and has all his money is it legal for her to have done these things???

I a not quite sure I understand your question. Are you saying that you and your sisters were named executors BUT your aunt has taken over everthing and is now adding her name to things after your dad's death? If she isn't an executor, then yes, you have a right to have her stopped. Contact Jim Zeigler in Mobile and tell him I told you to call him.
