Executive of estate deceased
The sibling that was appointed as executive of the estate of their mother is deceased. Who does the title go to if the siblings cant come to an agreement? Does the executive's children have any say so about the situation?

I assume that the mother died having left a valid will. The will should be filed in the probate court. If the will did not designate an alternate executor to replace the one who has already passed, then a member of the mother's family, her husband or a child, should request to be appointed as the executor. Title to the assets left by the mother will transfer according to the terms of the will.
