Is your mother still living and was she married to your father at his death? If so, she inherits, not you and your siblings. If she has died, and your father did not remarry, then you and your brothers and sisters stand to inherit the property. If we are talking about land only, a deed can be prepared that deeds the property to the six of you from the six of you as his heirs at law, with heirship affidavits attached. You can also open an estate eventhough there is no Will. This is called an intestate succession. All the debts owed by your late father will be paid, and then what is left, land, cash or whatever, will be divided amoung the six of you. Good Luck
