Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My father passed away this week and left a will. Everything to be split six ways. My sister says she is the executive over the will and we have to pay her two percent is this correct?

My dad also let her borrow $37,000 and the other adult children know about this does she have to pay this back out of her sure of the money?

Both of these questions depend on the language of the will. Most wills do not allow the executor to be compensated. See an attorney.
