father will contest
my grandfather has left me everything in his will. i know my father will contest it . can my grandfather turn everything over to me now and there want be any thing to contest?

Yes, your grandfather could go ahead and deed land or give you any personal things if he wanted to. If your Grandfather has already deeded you land or given you these items, your Father would have a very hard time contesting this. I hope this helps.
