Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
RE fathers estate no will
Thank you for your prompt reply, the attorny in question is representing the estate. Some of us neednthe cd split, we're all in agreement, she (the administrator) is trying to give me just the amout I needed in a pinch. Smells really fishy to the rest of us. I could go on, but not enough time or space. Just neede to take a different approach. Thanks again.

Sounds as though you and the other heirs need to find your own attorney to be your advocate. Probate is a touchy area for a lawyer and the client because it is often hard to know who represents who. It is always good to find a lawyer in the same county as the case. Clerks at the courthouse might be able to recommend an attorney who does probate work. Good luck.
