Fee for administering will
What is the legal fee to charge for administering a will? I am in Franklin County, Al. What is the normal percent?

Well, there is probably no "typical" fee. I charge 5% of the value of the estate, or $1500 whichever is greater. This includes all paperwork and court appearances. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact my office at 205 - 322 - 3747.
