help
A friend got a poa over my aunt we think they are using her can a friend do that can i get it removed we did not not know of this poa

POAs can be terminated by the Principal at any time. 3rd parties cannot terminate a POA however. If your aunt no longer has capacity, you can petition the court to serve as her Conservator.
To answer your question, yes, people often abuse POAs and take people for all they are worth. If you have your aunt terminate the old one, you could serve as the new agent and prosecute the old agent, if appropriate.
