friends suicide
A very fear friend committed suicide and he had a motorcycle and it was not paid for he told his wife if anything were to ever happen to him he wished for me to have it . What is the process of me assuming this debt?

If it wasn't paid for, it didn't belong to him so he can't determine who gets it when he dies/died. The finance company owns it and will gladly take it off the widow's hands and probably drop their claim for payment etc if it is in good condition. You can alternately payoff the outstanding loan amount, have the title released to the widow, and she can give it to you.
