Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
Hello my grandma died 2 years ago and my uncle is over the wills and my grandma had already divided the money up we actually went to a bank together and discussed how much it was and everthing.The bank associate told us that he have authority over it and that i can't get it until I am 21 or that I can use it for something important but it gots to be typed and signed by which it is coming from or he can actually put the money into my moms bank account but he refused.Now the trust fund account is saying that it is 0.00.So what can i do now.

If you want to pursue this against your uncle as executor, you certainly have that right as a beneficiary. You would need to make an appointment with a lawyer in that county who handles probate matters. It may cost you several thousand dollars to do so, just so you are prepared. I doubt anyone would handle a case like this on a contingency, but you can certainly ask.
