Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
My great grandfather left property in Alabama). My grandfather and father are both deceased.. My grandfather and only brother is dead.(he had no offspring). My grandfater had (8) offspring, all who are deceased except (3). With my father being dead,I auomatically become an heir, and I an automatically entittled my father's share of the property, or any money, from sale of the property? Is this true, if not please elaborate.

You may very well have a claim to his estate or at least a part of his estate. What county did he die in and how long ago?
