Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My husband and I bought a trailer that has been on land for 30 years and have been paying lot rent. The people that on it his aunt said we could stay there as long as we like, when I went to pay the lot rent a few weeks ago I found out that they are selling the land to a church to make a grave yard. My trailer cant be moved.

Unless you bought the land, you are out of luck. If you have any documents on this, take them to an attorney. An oral promise will not convey real property.
