Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
Is there a legal draft that can be drawn up to keep an ex from trying to come back and get every thing you have established with your new spouce after 13 years? Also how does a trust work and how expensive is it to establish a trust?

Did you divorce your ex? If so, she has no right to any of your property. A property settlement in a divorce cannot be reopened (unless there was a fraud on the court or something like that) A trust is a legal entity which owns property for the benefit of another. I don't see what application a trust has here. If you were divorced from this woman, how can she come back and claim your property after 13 years? Please provide some additional facts.
