Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

I would like to know how legal guardianship works for parents of disabled adults. I want to know how many guardians can be appointed (for the same person) and how much money and documents are needed to do so.

You will need to hire an attorney and there are several good ones in the Gadsden area. Call and ask for a Probate lawyer. This is the court that handles conservatorships and guardianships. It should cost you at least $1,000 and possibly much more and might take 2-3 months.
