Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
Living Trust
I have a living trust established in Fl and recorded in Okaloosa County public records. I have moved to Alabama and am now a resident of Alabama. Is my living trust valid in Alabama ? If not what changes do I need to make to the trust ?
