Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

my mom has a will and I am the executir of it when she passes. How does her home need to be stated in the will or will I be able to sell and distribute among her 5 kids as is

If your mother wants the house sold, and wants everyone to get a share of the funds, she should leave the house to the estate, and require the personal representative to sell it. However, keep in mind, the will can say anything, but if the deed has her name and someone else's name on it, then tha could thwart her plans.
