Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
My mother died and my stepfather of about 30 years remarried 5 months after my mother died, started dating with in a few weeks. my mother and daddy bought the house when my daddy was alive he died and a few years later my mother married my stepfather. her will stated that her children would get the house if they both died together and i am the only surving child left. my stepfather told me before he married this woman that not to
worry he was still leaving me the house. i found out the other not by him,
they he is going to sell the house to his new wifes son that lives with them that is almost 40 years old and got out of prison in 2009 and is a register sex offender. this house is worth less than 100,000 but it means alot to me
there are some other issues also, but i guess what i am trying to ask do i have any legal rights....

You should hire a local lawyer to discuss the various issues with. One hour of his time won't cost you much but might assure you of some inheritance. What is $200 or so worth?
