Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My Mothr died a few months ago, she did not leave a will, she did let all 4 of her children what her wishes were before she passed, she only has a old car ,moblie home that sits on a small peice of land,what do we need tto do, to change the name on the home and car.

Contact the county revenue dept about both. Sometimes they will allow family members to retitle assets without the fomality of probate.
