Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

If a person is named as a beneficiary in the will, can the will finish probate without that person receiving a copy of the will or any information about it?

Generally all heirs are entitled to a copy of the Will and in addition, they must sign a Waiver of Notice form. If you are an heir and have not signed such a form, I suggest you hire a probate attorney there in Mobile to get involved.
