I am sorry to hear of your loss. This is a tough time for both parents and I would be happy to provide whatever information you need. If I don't know the answer, I will find someone who does. I don't quite understand the nature of your posting though. There are several issues at stake here. Are the parents talking with one another? Do both parents still reside in Alabama? Is there a personal injury lawsuit pending? If so, who is the attorney for that suit? Is there a judgement already rendered?
