Proof of power of attorney
Does a proof of someone having power of attorney need to be probated along with conveying land ?.If yes if the poa didn't provide them at the time of conveying land what can happen if it has been 10 yrs or more...and if a will wasn't probated it's not a clear title right, and the poa can't get a loan against estate..and if there is a loan?

Re: Proof of power of attorney
Your question has too many moving parts to answer with any degree of certainty. Why don't you visit with an attorney locally to see what she/he has to say about your situation? It would be money well-spent and would answer your question with a high level of certainty. Go to www.Naela.org and do a zip code search for your zip and include Anniston and Gadsden. You should get an answer that way. Good luck.
