Quitclaim deed
Is it a law that i have to have a lawyer
for a quit claim deed or can
i submit one with out a lawyer?

People have been buying and selling land for hundreds of years without the assistance of attorneys. If you and the other party are happy with the quitclaim deed, you don't need a lawyer to make it "legal". Of course, you get what you pay for and you might learn down the road that it didn't accomplish what you wanted it to, but that is the risk you take.
