What are my rights in a will that I am in concerning my Parents Estate when my brother is the

Executor?It is stated that everything be sold and split between the three of us.

You have considerable rights, and you should not be quick to sign them away unless you are completely satisfied. Notwithstanding what the Will may say to the contrary, you can ask the Court to order an accounting, inventory and seek other relief. If the amount of money involved is enough, and you have any concerns your brother may not deal entirely fair with you, you should strongly consider getting legal representation BEFORE anything/everything has gone wrong. Getting it fixed after the fact is much harder and sometimes impossible. 991-5600.
