Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
I am one of seven siblings that was left family property. One sibling has resided in the home for the past 5 years. There is another sibling that lives about a mile away from the family home. That sibling moved into the family home with 3 adult children and 1 minor child about 3 months ago without consulting the other siblings. She's not paying any utilities and is still mainitaining and receiving her mail at her property. She refuses to leave and the 6 siblings want her evicted. What recourse do we have?
