Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

My step father and mom had a piece of property that was listed in both name, my mother and step father are now dead; i was paying the propety tax on the property. now a lady that states she is my step fathers daughter drummed up some paperwork and had her name put on the property. What can i do to get my property back or have her pay me for the property especially since i have been associated with the property for the last 50 years and she hasn't.

It is obvious that you need to seek the advice and assistance of a local attorney, not ask generalized advice on this site. Call the local Eufala attorneys, they are very good, and ask if they can help you quiet title to some property that you think you own.
