Title on pickup Truck
My father recently died. Most every thing, House and cars were in both his name and my mothers, except the pickup truck. Do we have to get the title of the truck changed to my mother name before she can sell it.

Yes, if she is the Executor of his estate. If she is not, the "Letters Testamentary" issued by the Probate Court authorizes that person to sell the truck.
