Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

trustee misconduct

Two years ago,as co-trustees of our family estate, my two oldest brothers kept for themselves all the proceeds from the sale of timber from land that our deceased parents stipulated was to be, ''shared and shared alike''amongst four remaining heirs. How can my youngest brother and I research the sale and obtain the evidence necessary to show this wrongdoing to a probate judge, thereby enabling my youngest brother and I to demand an accounting? The original family trust exempts the two co-trustees from any accounting; however they have plundered the estate for their own collective benefit without sharing with the youngest brother and me.With proof of wrongdoing, is it possible to lawfully demand an accounting?
