warranty deed in two names

My brother & I have a warranty deed in our deceased parents house and can't agree on anything. How do we handle this

You can come to an agreement that one of you will buy the home or you can agree to sell it to a third party and split the proceeds. If you can not agree on a plan, either one of you can petition a court to sell the house and then the proceeds would be divided between the two of you. If one party petitions a court to sell, the other party will have to go along with it or buy the house at a fair market price determined by the court.
