widows benifits without a will
would like to know if the widow of one of 4 sons whose parents died without a will have any claim on their estate..

Your address line indicates Alabama. I do not know the rules there. Generally, in Georgia, a widow as an heir at law of her husband receives all or a portion of his estate or inheritances. Some factual situations can change that. You need to sit down with an attorney for a few minutes to discuss the facts.
