Your Will is still valid, even if your address has changed. If you have had other changes in your life, you may want to consider updating it, and think about your choice for personal representative, whether you have waived or not waived the requirement of an inventory, and/or the requirement of a bond. If your address change was from one state to another, this can also have some implications when the Will is probated. Visit our website for information on Wills and probate.
