Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama
will
i am a resident of Alabama I moved to Albama from Ohio in 1992, the will that both my wife and I have was drawn in Ohio do we need to have a new will drawn in the state of Alabama, the wills we have are accurate and reflect our wishes.

It depends on several factors, including whether or not the will has the proper number of witnesses or is "self Proving" under Alabama law. I would recommend that you have an attorney look at the wills to make sure they are valid in Alabama.
