my aunt had made a new will and my second cousin came out with a will that was 19 years old and he also has the new will and will not show it but shows the old will leaving him it all can i contest the old will because i am the next of kind

You need to be hiring a lawyer asap. Find a probate attorney in the same county as where the person died and talk with them. It will be money well-spent.
