Case settled but now having trouble getting meds and doctor's appointments

I had a case that was settled about 4 or 5 yrs ago! The medical was left open on my neck and right arm and wrist area. Lately I have been having the hardest time just receiving my meds! It has taken a whole month just to get refills on medications!! I have to call a leg ligation lady and then she has to call the doctor's office to approve me seeing him to get my meds! What rights do i have in not having to wait a month without meds?

Consult with a lawyer about suing them for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
