federal schedule award
In the 1990's I worked for the Dept. of Defense as a civilian. In 1992 I hurt my back and after a few months it was discovered that my disc was infected and the infection had spread into the backbone. the disc was removed and I was put on W.C. for about 3 months until I could work again. Am I entitled to a scheduled award for the removal of the disc in my
back ?

You may be entitled to an award for permanent disability if you get a disability rating from your doctor that indicates that you've suffered a permanent injury to your back.
