Hurt knee
workmans comp has offered me a settlement for $6000 for a 20% dis hurt knee .I was fired 4 days after my injury for not passing a training test.Should I take the money or should i fight for my job back and the money?

call Stewart Springer 205.933.7070. He does a lot of comp. cases and you need to run your situation by an attorney BEFORE you settle. It isn't the amount of disability to your knee, it is the disability to your ABILITY TO WORK (vocational as opposed to medical). tell him Randy Ford told you to call.
