My hands still hurt and I feel that I should be given another percentage rating before going to court. Court day OS Friday for me to sign off on 2,600 what should I do?

Hard to tell without knowing more, but if you go before the Judge and tell him/her you are still having problems, the Judge is not likely to approve the settlement and should set it for hearing. Alternatively, you should contact an attorney to evaluate the case. If a lawsuit has been filed, you don't have to worry about the statute of limitations. The question is, "When was the last time you were paid by workers compensation?" You have two years from that date to file the suit. If a settlement hearing has been set, the lawsuit has presumably been filed.
However, all of this information is given as general information without knowing more specifics about your case, and you should not rely on this to make decisions regarding your case without speaking with an attorney first.
