TTD Benefits Stop, Do I have recourse

I am currently on wc. My accident happened at work, I have had 2 back surgeries and 2 knee surgeries numerous blocks and so on. My last back surgery was in Oct. Still having mubness iin lower back all the way down my leg. My Dr put me @ MMI my wc carrier stated they were waiting on a rating from FCE to determine my PPD benefits. I was getting check every week untill this, I have no job to return to my job location closed and relocated to FL. I am in AL.. Please help

Typically, once the doctor puts you at MMI, the workers compensation carrier will cut off your Temporary Total Disability benefits (TTD). One thing you can attempt to do is see if they will begin paying your PPD benefits until a determination is made regarding your permanent partial impairment or total disability.
