what should i do if workcomp doc say i am ok to work but i am still harting can i go to my family doc and he sends me to a doc to cut on me dose work comp have to pay for it.

Your workers comp doctor needs to make the surgery call. TAKE your medical records to the comp doctor to review and tell him the other doc suggests a surgery. If the comp doctor does not agree, ASK THE INSURANCE CARRIER for a 2nd opinion from another doctor (and take your medical records!!!)
You need to get a lawyer.
