Workers Compensation/Death Benefit

My father was killed by another driver while doing his job. Is his company required to pay workers comp to my mom. If so, for how long?

Yes. If there was only one dependent, your mother, she would receive 50% of his average weekly earnings subject to the maximum and minimum for 500 weeks. You may e-mail any other questions to [email protected].
