Can I receive sick leave in lieu of friend, if both from Alaska where on vacation(Puerto Rico) and one invited co worker (visitor) had a heart attack and I was given a power of attorney to interact in his medical matter as a family member due to absence of immediate family member and the seriousness of his illness?.
