Legal Question in Banking Law in Alaska
Credit card fraud
I signed a credit card receipt for the
amount. I drew a line through the tip
and left the total blank. The amount
I signed for was 30.00. Someone
wrote 300.00 in in the totoal and
this was the amount I was charged.
This is fraud. What are my rights?
