partnership law

is there a summary of the changes that take effect to the new california partnership code in 1999. Please point me to a good source. I'm trying to find out what parts of my old out of date agreement really need to be changed. Your help is greatly appreciated.

your current agreement is still valid

The partnership act mostly covers what rules are applied in cases where there is no written partnership agreement. Changes to the code do not invalidate your agreement. You can make any changes you and the partners agree on if you want to but your current agreement is still valid.
