Legal Question in Business Law in Alaska
Can trust assets be liened?
I have my assets in a revocable living trust. If a judgment is obtained against me, can any of these assets be liened or attached? This judgment would be from a disputed bill for services.

Re: Can trust assets be liened?
Yes. A "living", or revocable, trust is no protection against a judgment execution or lien. For that, you would have had to place the assets in an irrevocable Alaska asset protection trust PRIOR to the time the disputed claim arose.
