Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alaska
I came home to find out that a company delieved fuel to my house, the wrong house. Now the company is coming after me for payment. Am I responsible for this mistake they made.

No. If you didn't ask them to deliver it, you don't owe for it.
However they do have the right to take it back.
