Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alaska
Online Product Legality
I plan to create an online business that would allow for people to swap or borrow the personal journals with others. Other than getting an online signature or some other legal form of consent, are there any legal issues that could arise from this and if so what can be done to avoid them?

You will need a TOU (Terms of Use)contract and Privacy Waiver. I would also set up a procedure for Identity Verification and a Hold Harmless Agreement. I can see great potential for abuse and liability (posting 3rd Party materials w/o consent etc.)
