Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alaska

Using Credit cards

I let my sister-in-law use two of my credit cards with the understanding that she would pay off the card after the sell of some properties she was trying to flip. The first time she used the card she paid the monies back. She asked to use the card again and has not paid back the monies and stop making payments on the accounts and when she was paying she would not pay what was due on the bill. She then stopped paying all together. She lives in Tennesse, I live in Anchorage. She claims that she would give me money to use the card and she did but the money she gave was absorbed back into what she owes so I got nothing and she still has the properties. I do not want any money that she owes I want her to pay what the bill request her to pay. What should I do?
