Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alaska
I have a debtor coming after me for charges in 1999 on credit cards. I had a 300.00 limit and now they say I owe 3000.00 and another one says I owe 2000.00 on a 200.00 limit card from 1997. Can they do this?

A "debtor" is coming after you? A debtor is someone who owes money. A creditor is someone who has money owed to him. I think you mean a "creditor".
