Is it legal for a company to repossess home heating fuel from your holding tank buried on your property under lock and key for slow pay

Need to see the contract. WIthout a Security interest (making the equipment collateral for indebtedness) it would NOT be normally permitted.

Esp. for something as important as heating system equipment in ALASKA!
