I was purchasing a vehicle from my Mom. We did not have any written agreement nor receipts for the cash I have given her. We had done this before, never a problem. Well, she passed away. Can I still claim the vehicle?

Yes. Has a probate petition been filed with the court? If so, you should deliver a claim to the personal representative, in writing.
