My boyfriend was convicted of a felony, (03/05/2010 Charge Disposition: Defendant Convicted on Charge Charge(s) 5 disposed with a disposition of Charge Disposition: Defendant Convicted on Charge Charge #5: AS11.46.130(a)(2): Theft 2-Firearm Or Explosive) and sentenced as follows: 03/05/2010 Sentencing Info: Judge Spaan Presumptive Sentence: Fine: , Susp: Costs: 100.00, Susp: , Incl: N Jail Start: , days: 24MOS, Jail End: susp days: 18MOS, susp time: Points: , Lic susp: , Dr Ed: N Susp start: , days: , Susp end: Clearance Date: Mod: , narr: , Lic flag: Dr sch: N, DUI sch: N, Rest: Standard conditions as set forth by statute. Testify truthfully. Report to Adult Probation, not possess firearms, no victim contact, submit to search, forfeit items seized, submit to DNA testing Prob type: Supervised Probation, start: , days: 1095, End: Charge #5: AS11.46.130(a)(2): Theft 2-Firearm Or Explosive, has complied with everything, has held a full-time job for the last 6 months; part-time/on-call for 6 months prior, with the same company, is in good standing, and has no violations since his release and has paid his portion of the restitution but his 3 co-defendants (whom all have different public defenders, and since their release have been re-incarcerated), be made by his (my boyfriend's) probation officer to now pay their portions of the restitution for them? And if he doesn't, his consequence is a probation violation and possibly re-incarceration?

So you are saying that one of the conditions of probation is that he pay restitution, but his co-defendants have not paid their shares. You have copied some data from Courtview (or something like that), but you haven't copied the pertinent portion dealing with restitution. If restitution was ordered jointly and severally with the other defendants, he should go back to court and request that restitution be changed so as to reduce the amount he is required to pay.
